The Content Doctors is a marketing agency based in St. Petersburg, Florida. We help doctors build their personal brand and grow their practice online. You can reach us at team@doctorsofcontent.com.

We only collect what you give us directly:

• Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, “Stay close to the work.”
• Phone number when you provide it through a booking or contact form so we can follow up by call or text.
• Contact information when you book a discovery meeting through our scheduling tool.
• Basic analytics about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, browser type, device type) in aggregate, non-identifying form.

We do not collect medical records, patient data, financial information, or any sensitive personal data. We are a marketing agency, not a healthcare provider, and have no access to your patients’ information.

• To send you newsletter emails you’ve requested.
• To respond to your discovery meeting requests and follow up about working together.
• To understand which content on our site is useful so we can improve it.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose you haven’t agreed to.

If you provide your phone number when booking a discovery meeting or filling out a form on this Site, you may receive SMS (text message) communications from The Content Doctors related to:

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, typically no more than a few messages per week.

Sharing. We do not sell, share, or transfer your phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used only by The Content Doctors and our messaging service provider (LeadConnector/Twilio) to deliver the communications described above.

To run our business we use a small number of trusted services:

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for newsletter delivery
• GoHighLevel for discovery meeting scheduling
• Vercel for website hosting and analytics
• Squarespace for domain registration

Each of these services processes information necessary to do its job (Kit needs your email to send the newsletter, for example). Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

We use essential cookies needed to run the site and remember your preferences. We do not use targeted advertising cookies or third-party trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Delete your information from our records
• Stop sending you newsletters (also available via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email)

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address we have on file for you.
